Acknowledgment of risk:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and fully understand that participating in motocross activities, including but not limited to riding, operating or being a passenger on a motocross bike, involves inherent risks and dangers. These risks may include, but not limited to, collisions, falls, mechanical failure, adverse weather conditions and other rider’s actions. I further acknowledge that motocross riding is an inherently dangerous activity and that I am voluntarily participating in with full awareness of the potential for serious injury or death.

Release Of Liability:

In consideration of being permitted to rent and use the motocross bike and associated equipment provided by Pattaya-mx.com I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns do hereby release, waive, discharge and hold harmless Pattaya-mx.com, its owners, employees and affiliates ( collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, including those arising from negligence, relating to any loss, injury, damage or death to my person or property that may occur as a result of my participation in motocross activities.

Medical Treatment:

I understand that in the event of injury, Pattaya-mx.com is not responsible for providing medical assistance or treatment. In case of injury, I authorize Pattaya-mx.com to arrange necessary medical assistance for me if I am unable to do so. I also agree to bear any and all costs of any medical treatment I may require.

Compliance with rules and regulations:

I agree to follow all safety instructions and rules provided by Pattay-mx.com, including any guidelines on riding techniques, use of equipment and track conditions. I also agree to use the equipment provided in a safe and responsible manner and agree to stop riding immediately if I feel that I am not capable of riding safely or if I feel uncomfortable with the conditions.

Personal Responsibility:

I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would impair my ability to participate in motocross activities. I further confirm that I am capable of operating the motocross bike that I am renting. If I am under the legal age required to sign this waiver, I acknowledge that this waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
